Volunteers and Staff are required to participate in 3 ongoing programs.  These programs are designed to assist in protecting all God’s children by providing adults with the knowledge and tools they need to help prevent and, if necessary, to respond appropriately to child abuse.  All volunteers age 18 and older must…

1. Agree to a background check.  Click here to access the release form and return to DonnaWeber@etczone.com.

2. Read the Safe and Secure Policies, and Procedures by clicking here.  Sign and return the sheet acknowledging that you have read it. 

3. Attend the VIRTUS training and participate in continuing education via e-mail notices.  If you have never attended a Protecting God's Children awareness session, please go to http://www.virtus.org and initiate your participation by registering with a username and password.  You must attend one "live" training and then maintain your continuing education by reviewing and replying to e-mail notices that you should receive from virtus.org. If you have taken a live training but are not receiving the e-mail notifications, please contact Donna at DonnaWeber@etczone.com for assistance with your account.
